
Page Redesign Intended to Increase Real Estate Agent Network

Background
The project involved a complete redesign of an existing webpage that the stakeholder found unsatisfactory. The objective was to create a new design from scratch that was visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the stakeholder's vision. The redesigned page had to be responsive, catering to mobile, tablet, and desktop users.
Here is the break down of the two designs (previous and current) in three sections: Top, Middle, and Bottom.
Top Section - Previous (left) vs Current (right)
Header Image: Updated the header image to reduce the blue overlay, enhancing visual appeal and ensuring better visibility of the content.
Call to Action (CTA) Buttons: Updated the two CTA buttons to maintain consistency with the existing color palette, improving coherence and guiding user interaction.

Middle Section - Previous (left) vs Current (right)
Enhancing User Engagement: Expanded upon the three main benefits of joining the platform - Create a Free Online Profile, Connect with Clients, and Verifiy, Match, & Receive Referrals - providing a more comprehensive view. This approach ensures that users are fully informed and engaged, without necessary filler content diluting the focus on the benefits as seen on the left.
Iconography: Invested effort in designing custom icons, aiming for enhanced detail and alignment with their corresponding content.
Graphic Designs: Devoted time to developing two more graphic designs for the platform's user-facing page, aiming to eliminate any post-sign-up surprises.

Bottom Section - Previous (left) vs Current (right)

Testimonials: Increased the size of the agents' pictures in the cards to allow users to see the person behind the testimony clearly. I aimed to evoke trust and authenticity by emphasizing the individuals endorsing FastExpert, fostering a stronger connection with potential users. In contrast, the previous design primarily highlighted the testimonial message, lacking a personal touch.
FAQ: Removed all decorative components from the section to maintain consistency with other FAQ sections across the platform. By streamlining the design and focusing solely on the questions and answers, the redesigned FAQ section ensures a cohesive user experience and facilitates easy navigation for users seeking information.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the redesign focusing on more aesthetic imagery, consistent components, custom icons, and user-facing graphic designs highlighting the three main benefits of joining the platform significantly improved the overall user experience and satisfaction from stakeholders. By providing a more detailed and visually consistent intergace, users are better informed and engaged.
